Andrew Keene is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he was an active member of NFTY, the Reform Jewish Youth Movement in North America. While serving as President of NFTY, Andrew took a gap year between high school and college to focus on youth engagement, simultaneously contributing to the strategic vision of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ). Andrew is currently an entrepreneurship student at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where he works in data analytics for a global IT firm. Andrew serves as a Trustee for the URJ, is a member of the Executive Board of the World Union for Progressive Judaism (WUPJ), and represents WUPJ at the United Nations in New York. Andrew is a strong supporter of Reform Jewish summer camps, and has spent five summers at the URJ Kutz Camp in Warwick, New York, which is a teen leadership development program.
