Shimon (Arseny) Nikitenko

Shimon (Arseny) Nikitenko was born in Minsk, Belarus in 1990. Since the age of 10 he has studied in several Jewish religious schools in Belarus. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Belarusian State University in 2013. He has worked in the field of Jewish education since 2009, and became a madrich in the Netzer and TaMaR youth and young adult movements for Progressive Jews of Russian-speaking countries in 2013.
He is currently a rabbinical student at the Institute for Modern Jewish Studies in Moscow, Russia.
